How Main Street RV uses your information.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, RV information, service preferences, the listing you asked about, and your contact choices. We also receive limited technical information used to operate and protect the website, such as the page used, campaign tags, browser information, and a protected identifier derived from the network address.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss an RV, evaluate a consignment or trade-in, help with service, parts, or warranty questions, prevent abuse, maintain dealership records, and improve our customer service. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment until a Main Street RV team member confirms it.

Where it goes

Website requests are delivered to Main Street RV’s Blue Graphite customer-management system. We use providers to support website hosting, communications, storage, security, and dealership operations. These providers may process the information needed to perform those services for Main Street RV. We do not sell personal information submitted through these forms.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from any sharing for those purposes. A service provider helping us deliver messages may process this information solely to provide that service for Main Street RV; this does not give the provider permission to use it for its own marketing.

We may disclose information when legally required or to protect customers, the dealership, or the website. These limited disclosures do not authorize marketing use of your mobile information or text-message consent.

Phone, email, and text messages

Permission to respond by phone or email is required to submit a request. Request-related texts and recurring marketing texts each have a separate, optional checkbox. Neither box is preselected, and you can submit a request with both unchecked. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you choose request-related texts, Main Street RV may text you about that inquiry, including appointments and status updates. Marketing texts about RV offers and promotions require your separate marketing choice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent records, retention, and security

We keep a record of the choices submitted, the disclosure shown and its version, the submitted phone number, submission reference, source page, submission times, browser information, and a protected network identifier. We use these records to review permission and honor your preferences. A request for help does not enroll you in marketing texts.

We retain inquiry and consent records as needed to respond, document permission and withdrawals, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. A limited record of an opt-out may be kept to prevent future unwanted messages. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

External services and updates

Links such as map and direction services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when our practices change and will post the revised date here. A policy update does not expand the text-message permission you gave us.
