How We Use SMS Information
When you provide your mobile phone number and voluntarily select the separate SMS-consent checkbox, Main Street RV may send recurring automated messages including responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, sales, service and consignment communications, customer follow-up, transaction-related information, and marketing or promotional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No Marketing Sharing
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process this information only as necessary to operate and deliver Main Street RV messaging services, subject to appropriate privacy and security obligations.
Consent and Choice
Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase, financing, service, consignment, or doing business with Main Street RV. You may submit a form without selecting the SMS-consent checkbox.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Main Street RV will not send additional SMS/MMS messages after an opt-out unless you later complete a valid re-opt-in.
Consent Records
Main Street RV may securely retain the mobile number, checkbox status, date and time, form URL, disclosure version, submission identifier, and limited technical evidence such as a protected IP-derived identifier and browser user agent for compliance, customer service, and business records.
